3)A credit card company sent me a credit card application with a credit card attached and they charged me a lot. I don't want to get that card. What do i do?

You must inform the credit card company that you don't apply for the one and also don't want to have that card and hence don't activate it. They may cancel that credit card and the charges upon it else you will claim for that on the company.
